Fast Times on Fishponds High Street - An East Bristol Crash Pandas Scenario

A niche setting for the one -page Crash Pandas game by Grant Howitt, set in the Fishponds suburb of Bristol, England.

We begin inside the jumbo wheelie bins located behind the Crafty Egg in Fishponds, Bristol, England. A man in an apron opens the lid and tips in a bucket of discarded pizza crusts. Our party, a group of local raccoons, is rummaging around within the bins. They scramble with delight, chittering as the delicious stale dough rains down upon them. There is only one thing this group loves as much as discarded pizza - loud, aggressive, illegal street racing.

Suddenly, a group of cars rev their engines and drive into the open space by the bins. Doors open and close, footsteps, then loud voices are heard chatting near the party’s most coveted location - the G-Brother’s pizza van. The voices are heard discussing an illegal street race tournament that will take place tonight, the winner will be given free pizza for life. The losers will be ostracised from the Greater Fishponds area. This is the chance of a lifetime, if our raccoons can con their way onto this race and win it they will be hailed as street racing titans, and can gorge on free pizza to their tiny heart’s delight.

It's time to ride or pizza pie.
